Three-time "Great Places to Work" Winner
Gray Plant Mooty has been named one of the "Great Places to Work" for 2005. Out of 118 companies that participated in the process, Gray Plant Mooty is the only law firm to receive this award for the third consecutive year. This distinction was awarded based on the results of an online employee survey according to research conducted by The Business Journal and Quantum Market Research.
"It's wonderful that individuals who join Gray Plant Mooty stay with us – the average tenure is 11.3 years – which is well above the norm. This says a lot about GPM's culture which remains focused on valuing, recognizing and rewarding employees," said Jodi Schmidt, the firm's director of human resources.
Managing Officer, Bruce Mooty, explains that "Gray Plant Mooty's most valuable resource is the excellence of its people. We encourage and support every employee’s development, enterprise and initiative both within our organization and throughout our communities. We do more than talk about these core values – we act on them – and they are in the forefront of the firm's policies, procedures and practices."
