MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (January 8, 2010) — The law firm of Gray Plant Mooty (GPM) is pleased to announce that three new associates—Angela Fogt, Katherine Rodenwald, and Erin Stein—have joined the firm’s Minneapolis office.

Angela Fogt joins GPM as an associate with the firm’s Trust, Estate & Charitable Planning practice group. She earned her J.D., with high distinction and Order of the Coif, from the University of Iowa College of Law. During law school, Angela served as chairperson of the school’s Moot Court Executive Board and as a member of the University of Iowa’s National Moot Court Team. She was involved in the Iowa Student Bar Association and served as a member of the Iowa Law School Foundation Board of Directors. Angela also worked as a research assistant for Professor William Buss.

Katherine Rodenwald is also a new associate with GPM’s Trust, Estate & Charitable Planning practice group. Rodenwald earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the William Mitchell College of Law, where she was assistant editor of the William Mitchell Law Review. Prior to law school, Rodenwald worked for many years as a tax and probate paralegal in Minnesota and Colorado. Her years administering estates and trusts led her to attend law school and focus her studies in estate planning.

Erin Stein is an associate with GPM’s Franchise & Distribution practice group and Litigation practice group. Stein earned her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she wrote for the Wisconsin Law Review, including an article entitled, “The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA): Judicial Remedies for Systemic Noncompliance.” Stein served as a summer associate at Gray Plant Mooty in 2008.
