Ashley represents clients in federal and state court cases pertaining to contract disputes, employment law violations, trademark violations, tax fraud, and other types of civil litigation, as well as criminal matters and government investigations. Ashley has extensive experience representing franchisors in federal court and also regularly advises clients on internal auditing best practices, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
Prior to joining GPM, Ashley served as a law clerk with MoneyGram International. She also assisted clients in pro bono asylum and immigration matters. Ashley speaks fluent Spanish.
