Casey is an associate at Gray Plant Mooty and practices in the areas of employment law, higher education, and immigration.
Casey frequently counsels clients on employment law and immigration issues. In addition, Casey has experience litigating several employment lawsuits, including cases involving claims of sexual harassment, national origin discrimination, age discrimination, noncompetition clauses, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and contract-based employment claims.
During law school, Casey served as an associate and a primary editor on the Hamline Law Review and externed for the Honorable Ann D. Montgomery, United States District Court, District of Minnesota. Casey was also a member of the William Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court team, which competed in Vienna, Austria.
