Ellen is a paralegal at Gray Plant Mooty and focuses in the area of employee benefits. She specifically works on drafting and administration of qualified and nonqualified plans, third-party administrator and insurance contract review, governmental filings, ERISA claims process, employee communications, and governmental audits.
Ellen joined Gray Plant Mooty in 2000 after working for several years in a large corporate legal department. Ellen has also worked in other law firms specializing in benefits, employment law, workers’ compensation, and general litigation.
