Henry is a principal at Gray Plant Mooty and focuses his practice in the areas of reorganization and bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, franchise law, and real estate. He practices throughout the U.S. representing franchisors, secured and unsecured creditors in preferential transfer litigation, nondischargeability litigation, the claims resolution process, as well as various other aspects of bankruptcy litigation in Chapters 7, 11, and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. He also counsels clients regarding real estate leasing transactions.
Henry is active in the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Bankruptcy section as a member of the Editorial Board of the Bankruptcy Bulletin, the Bankruptcy section’s monthly publication. Prior to attending law school, Henry worked for the U.S. Forest Service as a wilderness ranger in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness as well as for the Minneapolis YMCA. When he is not practicing law, Henry is a member of the Twin Cities BlueSox baseball team which plays in the Twin Cities Park National League.
