
Jessica is an associate at Gray Plant Mooty and focuses her practice in the areas of reorganization and bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, agribusiness, commercial lending, and commercial financial services. She represents secured and unsecured creditors in preferential transfer litigation, nondischargeability litigation, claims resolution processes, as well as various other aspects of bankruptcy litigation in Chapters 7, 11, and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. She also represents clients engaged in a wide spectrum of commercial financing transactions.
During law school, Jessica was a summer associate with Gray Plant Mooty where she supported the areas of commercial financial services, business litigation, and employment law. She also served as a legal intern at Indiana Farm Bureau, Inc. and the Office of Lieutenant Governor Becky Skillman. Additionally, Jessica was involved in various organizations, including the Dean’s Tutorial Society and the Indianapolis Bar Association Law Student Division. Prior to law school, she was an intern for North Dakota Senator Kent Conrad.
