Steven is cochair of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions group and concentrates his practice in mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, commercial law, tax, and business planning for individuals and businesses. He has represented clients in federal and state tax audits at all levels.
Steven worked for Ernst & Whinney from 1981-1983 as a tax professional. He joined Gray Plant Mooty in 1983 and is an adjunct professor at Hamline Law School.
